Digital Download Return Policy
EssentiallyABA does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads (PDFs). Once a digital download (PDF) is purchased, it is automatically made available, and therefore cannot be returned.
Physical Product Return Policy
EssentiallyABA offers a 14-day return policy from the day the item is marked as delivered. (Note: Not all items are eligible to be returned.)
For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, and unopened (in the same condition that you received it). It must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. *Products that were delivered shrink-wrapped must still be shrink-wrapped.
To start a return, fill out the contact form, please include:
• Order Number
• Item(s) you would like to return
• Reason for the return
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Items sent back to EssentiallyABA without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Restocking fees may apply.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or tools
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out the contact form.
